24 hour telephone service
Our team are there to help you through whatever incident happens.
Flat or faulty battery service
We'll have someone go out there, test and if needed replace the battery. If you're under your new car warranty still, it will be free.
Emergency Fuel
If you run out, we'll come out and provide up to 5L of petrol or diesel to get you on your way. LPG car will require towing to the nearest LPG refuelling station.

Flat tyres
No need to get your hands dirty, we'll come and change that tyre for you.
Towing
If things can't be sorted out at the roadside, we'll tow you car to the nearest* PEUGEOT dealership or authorised repairer, wherever that is.

Lost or locked keys
We'll help you get your spare or if needed, with consent, will gain access to your vehicle to get your keys.

Taxi
In the event of your car being taken to a repairer, we can contribute towards a taxi ride to get you and your passengers on your way.

Emergency Accommodation
If you're stuck more than 100km by road from home, and your car is going to take more than 24 hours to repair, we'll reimburse you for up to 3 nights, or $450 costs.

Rental Vehicle
If you're stuck more than 100km by road from home, and your car is going to take more than 24 hours to repair, we'll pay up to $100 per day for up to 4 days to keep you mobile.

Alternative transport
If you're stuck more than 100km by road from home and your car is going to take more than 24 hours to repair, and accommodation or a rental car won't suit your needs, we'll help out by reimbursing up to $450 inc GST for alternative transport methods.

Vehicle relocation
If you're stuck more than 100km by road from home, and your car is going to take more than 24 hours to repair, we'll arrange to have your car delivered back home or to your destination if it's more than 100km from the repairer.

Accident coordination
If your Vehicle is involved in an Accident or is stolen, we can provide you with the necessary advice on procedures to follow and arrange alternative transport to get you home. You will have to cover any costs but let your insurance company know.
